Hvorfor er der ingen installér-knap?Why is there no install button?
Browsere viser kun knappen inde i selve appen (/app eller /chat), og kun hvis den ikke allerede er installeret. På iPhone findes der ingen knap — brug Del → Føj til hjemmeskærm.Browsers only show the button inside the app itself (/app or /chat), and only if it isn't installed already. On iPhone there's no button — use Share → Add to Home Screen.
Hvordan afinstallerer jeg?How do I uninstall?
Som enhver anden app: hold på ikonet og vælg Fjern/Afinstallér. På computer: åbn PictoHealth, klik på menuen i vinduet og vælg Afinstallér. Dine data bliver i din konto.Like any other app: press and hold the icon and choose Remove/Uninstall. On a computer: open PictoHealth, click the window menu and choose Uninstall. Your data stays in your account.
Virker det uden internet?Does it work offline?
Appen åbner uden forbindelse, men samtaler med AI og deling med din behandler kræver internet.The app opens without a connection, but AI conversations and sharing with your clinician need the internet.
